This book had me hooked I didn’t want to put it down. Zylo’s journey with mental health really struck home. He was relatable to me and that’s one of the biggest things I look for in a book. Behind the Eyes of Zylo Moon was such a phenomenal read. The fact that it has mental health representation is a plus for me because most of us struggle with mental health and it's just comforting to read knowing that we aren't alone. I love this book! It had me in my feelings most of the time and I love when a book can do that! The ending for me felt a bit short. I wish there was more detail into it. Besides that, I HIGHLY recommend this book!!

Remember to always love and forgive yourself.” -Shadow. Zylo, Shadow, Eve, Jasper, Layla, Orby, and Mr.Puppeteer were all loves of mine. I’m a vet at an animal clinic and I’ve always imagined what it would be like for a dog to walk and talk like a human being! Just finished reading “Behind the Eyes of Zylo Moon.” I’m very impressed by the mastery of the author. David Nathaniel Nealis puts you in the driver’s seat of the main character, Zylo Moon. Zylo has a unique mind and deals with trauma in a way that he doesn’t realize will affect the trajectory of his life. I love Orby, because he is always there for Zylo no matter the trial. Mr. Puppeteer is an awesome villain. I’d read this again and again. This is 5 out 5 stars for sure!
